I spent years in Lettings and Property Management both in the Independent & Corporate settings. I know what repairs cost when handled badly, and what it looks like when its handled well.

So I built RecoMend: experienced property management when you need it, and you only pay when you use it. I work with a small group of professional property managers and local contractors I’ve dealt with for years to deliver the best possible outcome, without any of the hassle for you.
